Remote Assistance, in my opinion, MUST be turned off. It is a feature that
Microsoft includes that allows a remote computer to control yours. The
purpose is for support personnel to fix things on your computer without
coming to your location. Unless you have such tech support, you should have
this feature disabled.

Now, I clicked on the Exceptions Tab and there are a bunch listed, like my
AVG Anti-virus, Remote Assistance, Yahoo Messenger, and AOL. Now, why
would these be check marked? And what will happen if I uncheck them. But
mostly,
what is that Remote Assistance? Should any of these be check marked?
