Jim, Thanks for clearing this up.  I forgot that "OR" was
actually   "EITHER OR", and with the "Except" after the first
"Not"...  Ummm...
Come to think of it, I'd need to see this in pure Boolean logic...
*grin*...
Also, aren't all the rules processed? (In my case 1 thru 8),
UNLESS you put Stop commands in like I do...?
