The risk to a company that engaged in this practice would be so enormous
that it is extremely difficult for me to understand what gain would be
large enough to warrant it. Any company exposed doing this....or even the
suggestion of a company doing this....would result in lawsuits and a lack
of customer confidence that would severely damage the company....probably
fatally.
