The order of drive letter assignments indicates that D: is a primary
partition. To get partition 2 on the 3.2 seen ahead of partition 1 on
the 6.8, two things must be true:

1. Partition 2 on the 3.2 must be an extended partition containing one
or more volumes. This is *probably* already the case.

2. There must not be any primary FAT partitions on the 6.8. It's
perfectly legal to just have an extended partition, subdivided into one
or more volumes. F-H: may already be set up this way. If you haven't
put stuff on the second drive, you might just use FDISK to start over.
If you need to preserve data, you can make this happen with a utility
like Partition Magic, shrinking/moving/copying/moving/growing
partitions without, generally speaking, imperilling your data.
