Every time I start my PC with Windows XP Pro SP2, It comes up with a missing file message... Then it says it has recovered it off of a backup file and all seems OK...
I ran Norton WinDoctor and it tells me that it cannot correct the missing file problem  for me... It tells me that the file name is "mscoree.dll"...

Can anyone help me with this problem?
