with NT, you cannot just copy it over, unless those two machine have exact
same hardware (at least very similar, eg only with different HDD size). in
fact, you may also run in problems (with NT) if you copy from one HDD to
another with Drive Image. The best way so far from my experience, is to
create an image on same HDD, then copy the image to a blank CD, and make a
DriveImage boot disk.  When you need to clone from the image, boot from the
boot disk, and copy the image over from CD.
