Hello!

I have a client whose Outlook 2002 address book and contact list do not
seem to talk. Although we can see all his contacts in the Contacts
folder, there is nothing in the address book. All attempts to
export/import the information have done nothing. Go into the properties
of the address book, and the first listed information source is the
contacts. Yet that is empty...

His .pst file is one we "imported" from his old computer. I am assuming
that whereas his contacts folder is reading addresses from the
"imported" pst file, the address book is getting its information from
the original installation contacts folder which is, of course unused and
empty.

So two questions: how do I get the address book to look at the correct
contacts folder and/or What obvious thing am I missing?

Thank you very much!
