That depends on how you are watching the attachment.
If you are using web-based email, then you are probably watching the
video while it is still on the web server, so you will be limited by your
connection speed, as Dean says.
If, however, you are actually downloading the video onto your hard drive as
an attachment, as in say Eudora, then the problem is internal to your
computer. Probably too much running in the background and/or insufficient
memory available for the video stream. That will depend on how much RAM you
have--XP needs 1 Gb RAM to do these things efficiently.
As Dean surmises, it sounds to me as if you are actually trying to watch
the video on Juno's web server without first downloading it to your hard drive.
