I'm hoping someone can help me with a problem I'm having
viewing bitmap files in Netscape Communicator 4.5.  A friend
recently sent me a Windows bitmap file (.BMP suffix) as an
attachment to an email message.  When I double-clicked on
the attachment to open it, Netscape said it was unable to
find PictureViewer.exe and would not open the file.  Using
Windows Explorer, I searched my hard drives for Pic*.* and
did not find it.

Is PictureViewer.exe supposed to be part of either
Communicator or Windows 95, the operating system that I'm
running, and I am missing a file?  If so, is there any way I
can get PictureViewer.exe?

Is it possible that some program that I've loaded on my
computer deleted PictureViewer.exe because I have not had
problems viewing .bmp or any other kinds of picture files in
the past?
