After reading your post I did a quick google for more info about this ubiquitous app.

Regardless of whether or not it does what it claims to do, (find out anything about anybody - yeah, right), the in-your-face, spammish way that it's being marketed would seem to indicate that it's essentially a valueless product.

However, you don't say why it's a nuisance for you.  Are you unable to remove it?  Does it keep returning to your desktop?  

Tell us a little more and someone might be able to suggest a solution.
