My answer below "seemed" too easy, so I created some Favorites to
some radio stations and then tried to get them off my ToolBar.
(I assume that was Jim's problem...) I deleted the Radio Favorites by
doing a normal "Organize"... This left them in a sort of "History List"
drop-down menu, but with connect/not found status bar errors.
Going into Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Multimedia,
Always show Internet Explorer Radio Bar,
(and selecting it) seems to have cleared up the problem of the "Phantom"
Favorites... The dropdown menu to show (or not) the Radio Bar still
works, so I assume the entire thing is "one" big bug...
Hope that helps... Rick
