I recently started to get Fatal Exception 06 when doing an acquire with a UMAX 610P parallel port scanner.  Scanning the archives I learned that this most likely is a conflict between applications.  I found the conflicting program and uninstalled it and the error went away.  How do I determine which program is at fault?  The author of Weather1 (the conflicting program) says that "UMAX has a serious programming error".  I haven't heard back from UMAX but I feel I'm going to get a similar response.  Thanks.
