Maybe you should have used the Program files\Helix\Nuts and Bolts\Uninstall
instead of  Windows Remove Programs. Probably too late now, but maybe
reinstalling, then Uninstalling might work.

btw, apparently you didn't like N&B, but I use it, and it isn't a "garbage
program." It does what it's meant to do very well.
