Good morning Allen

To make an audible signal for your caps lock try this..  (this
will also work for/affect numlock/scrolllock as well)

1. Click on Start then on Settings and Control Panel.
2. Double-click on the Accessibility Options icon.
3. Click on the Keyboard tab and then click to put a
checkmark in the Use ToggleKeys box.
4. Click on OK.
