This is probably part of Microsoft Office. It is the same as the
paperclip----it's an Assistant.  You can change your assistant by going to
Help, and then Show the Office Assistant.  In the Assistant window, pick
Options.  Click through the gallery to change the Assistant.  If you already
have an Assistant, just right click on it and go to Options, then Gallery
tab to change it.  You may need your Office CD to change to the one you
want.
