I'm emailing from my secondary email: [log in to unmask] because of problems with my computer, which is my primary email, [log in to unmask]; i think because of zone labs. (this device i'm emailing from is an email machine)) besides smaller problems, i think that my firewall zone labs blocked web adaptation technology, including Via Voice & large print, that i need for my half-blind 81yr old father, who lives in the same house. i'v  told zone labs that i dont want their software anymore; i'v tried uninstalling it & the computer gets stuck. & i cant. to at least keep it from blocking anything on a particular day, do i right click on it's icon in the system try, & once or twice. ( & zone labs keeps asking me about an update, like they didn't even read my email telling them that i didn't want their software anymore) & after finally getting everything installed on the Via Voice, etc, with no error messages saying that i was missing a file; the
program said " could not get info form server program" this could be an ibm problem, but possibly not since zone labs said that it blocked something from por 220, whose IP address is 209.-30-193.76& would not tell me the company's name. The Via Voice,etc which are Exe> files is something that i'v been trying to get for 2 months (including a 4HR  download of internet explorer 6 on dial up. any suggestions about how to get rid of zone labs ( i'm new to computers) very sincerely, mary rosaire anderson.
