Our desktop computer recently suffered a corruption, necessitating
replacement of the hard drive. I have MS Outlook 2003 running on my
laptop and MS Outlook 2002 on my recently reloaded desktop. I want to
export my INBOX and subfolder from the laptop (MS Outlook 2003) to my
desktop (MS Outlook 2002). I tried exporting to a .pst file, named
"inbox.backup.pst" but when I tried to import to 2002, it says the file
is not compatible and to contact an administrator. I'm the admin for my
home computer, but have no idea how to do this.
