That works great. Now the next (possible) step - is it possible to export
folders that contain sub-folders and import them intact, or would I have to
export then import individual sub-folders, one at a time?

You can use the "Export" function on the file menu or just copy them
to a folder.
You might have trouble if you use the pst format (I did, and I still
don't know why) so use csv.
