 I changed back to Classic and the problem went away, I think. 
Hi all

 I changed back to Classic and the problem went away, I think. I'm waiting for the recipient to email me back. With the attched files being so small (21k to 1mb, and written with Windows 2007 I could not understand why they wouldn't go through. 
Hopefully, reverting to Classic has cleared things up.
