Ghost will not work backing up to a NTFS disk unless you have the
commercial version. You can automate the process by using command line
switches. I backup booting to a floppy and all I have to do is click the
OK to start the backup.

Ghost will backup to a file. You can restore from the file either an
entire disk or just selected files or folders. Backing up to a file
allows you to keep several versions of a backup on the one disk.
