Garbage printing is a classic sign of using the wrong printer driver. Even
though the destination address may be correct, if it is using the wrong
"language" to talk to the printer you will get junk. Load PowerPoint and
click FILE PRINT and check to see if it is actually sending to an HP LJ4.
