I have a Dell Dim DM061, intel R Core TM2 CPU, [log in to unmask], 1.79 GHz0.99 GD of Ram. WindowsXP, Home Edition, version 2002, service pack 2.
Problem: Outlook Express does not always disconnect, even tho I go thru the correct shut down. It will come back on with a white screen and black border, when I go into another program. Thank You,  Marge [log in to unmask]
