Copy it if you can to another name (remember the original). Boot to DOS
(copy then if not able to before). Delete file. Reboot. If it appears, then
some program you are loading requires it and is re-creating it upon demand.
If a program does not run, rename the copy and try the program again. If it
runs, you now know which program needs it :-)
