Received notification of Win98 Critical Update. Unable to run Windows
Update. Keep receiving error "Your Internet Explorer security settings are
set to High. In order to use the Windows Update site, you need to set your
security settings at medium". They were set to medium and I reset them. It
didn't work. I reset them again to low. Didn't work. Reinstalled "Critical
Components Installer". It didn't work.

Does anyone know the fix for this?
