Each time I leave the internet, I get an error box labeled "iexplore.exe-Application Error". Inside the box reads: The instruction at "0x018d38ae" referenced memory at "0x019d3298". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.

Unfortunately, sometimes it doesn't matter how many times I click on OK, the program doesn't terminate and prevents me from doing anything else, until I totally reboot the system. My I/T people are stumped too.

Any idea what is causing this and how I can fix it? Thanks.

Judy (Northbrook)
