I don't use that program, but here is a related answer...

The following is a NON-virus test site. (Safe.)

To see if "ANY" AV program is working and/or operating
in "real time", go to the following site:
http://www.eicar.org/anti_virus_test_file.htm
and scroll to the download section and start downloading
the test strings, files and zips...  It will give your AV program
a good work-out and give you a "feel" for what the limitations
of the program might be...
