Russ, I have Word 2000, XP and 2003 instead, one each on three computers, and go
back and forth among them all the time.  However, I might have the Microsoft's
Office File Converter Pack that J Otti provided information on.  That page also
has a URL to the 2007 convert pack, if needed.
