Hi Brenda,
What email client are you using if any?
Do you have any program checking for email? Like a notifier or email
pre-checker, like POPPeeper etc?
Some of them are known to throw this message for gmail, especially if you
use double verification.
Check the email client or mail checker for server settings.
I gmail (webmail) check if you have it set to double verification.
One way of determining the source of the error panel display ,is to use
Process Explorer.

Process Explorer.

Subject: [PCSOFT] generic error message
Hi, Everybody. I am getting an error message that pops up many times each
day. It's in a box and on the upper bar it says "Error". In the box is the
message: Username and password do not match. You provided [log in to unmask]
Please enter your full email address (including @domain.com). I close the
box and nothing blows up. There's no clue that I can understand telling me
where I need to go to enter my full email address.
I'm running Win7 and have had no problems until I started changing my
passwords. I still receive emails, Firefox still opens, it all seems to work
ok.
So, what do I do?
