I just did a reformat and clean install of Windows XP and keep getting the following error:

C:\Windows\Minidump\mini090103.02.dmp
C:\Docume~Amy\Locals~1\Temp\Wer1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

I can be working on the computer and it will just shutdown and when it reboots it says it has recovered from a serious error and then it shows the above.  For a split second a blue screen comes up but goes away so fast I cannot read what is on it.  Can someone tell me what could be causing this or if there is a fix out there for it.  TIA
