I tried MS camcorder software (part of, or becomes part of Office 97),
to record an AVI of my desktop.  All I get is vertical lines, and a garbled
version of things that "were" on the screen, (Like my last e-mail).
I have the latest video drivers, and Intel 5 codecs installed.  I "play" them
with MS Media player 6.01.05.0217      This has happened with two
different ATI video cards.   Anybody know what is wrong?  Rick Glazier
