Cannot explain it technically but if it's just the browser your using it
will open up in another window, however if your using the browser and
already have a seperate window opened to view something and open another
link it will overide that window and be placed in the latest link you
opened. Don't know if I explained it good enough for you but it is perfectly
normal on what it is doing. Joseph 'Rydzy

Question:  why is that when I select links emailed to me they at times open
in any open IE window yet at other times they open individual Explorer
windows?  The same thing sometimes happens when selecting bookmarked links.
