A neighbor is having a problem with the mouse pointer just locked in
position and he is unable to move it.   Any suggestions?  From what I
understood he has rebooted but ends up with the same problem.

Also, until he is able to correct this problem can he set his computer to be
controlled strictly by the keyboard?  All I know about his computer is that
he is running Windows 98.
