I looked on my system, and that file belongs to Progressive
Networks (and, on mine, is FILE version 4.2).
Have you had Real Audio installed and gotten rid of it lately?
Note: Real Audio (older versions) come with some WEB browsers
as a built in "option". Hope this points you in the right
direction. Rick
