There is no easy way to do it. You need something like Apple II Oasis
Software with Apple II Disk Manager software to do it.
http://www.downloadfreetrial.com/utilities/util4735.html   There is also
other conversion software out there. Do a "google" search to find some.

It also depends on whether you have an Apple II computer or just the
floppies.  With the computer you can transfer files via a cable which is
much faster otherwise, it can be very slow if you have a lot to transfer.
