Hi Rob,
If Bullzip PDF printer works for you - great.
It's just that it does require Ghost script,so in fact you're dealing 
with 2 programs.
The Bullzip site lists Ghostscript v8.54 which is somewhat old -May 2006
However it's up to v8.61 for a straight Windows version(exe)November2007
or v8.62 if you want the latest version-Feb 2008,but in a .tar.gz format
