This is a bit like saying "My car won't start--what could be the problem?"
Without much more info, it's unlikely you'll get a very informed answer.
There are 100's of possibilities.
We need to know what OS you have, in what circumstances does this happen,
whether you've recently installed anything that might be causing
conflicts, details of your computer system, and your skill level.
Possible remedies might be to restore registry, reinstall Netscape,
reinstall Windows, reformat.
Try disabling everything not essential from running in the background, see
if that makes any difference (possible conflicts, or low resources).
When it crashes, can you close down in the normal way, or do you have to
just cut the power--if so, you should always restart in Safe or Shift mode,
or you may end up with a corrupted registry.
