Start/Run/sysedit
close any windows except win.ini window
find the offending cdsetup.exe and remove it (it will be after a load= or run= statement)
save the file
close the rest of the open windows
this should take care of it

And I click ok down at the bottom.....Right after that another box comes up which says: DESKTOP Could not load or run CDSETUP.EXE specified in the WIN.INI file.Make sure the file exists on your computer or remove the reference to it in the WIN.INI file. Then I click ok down at the bottom and it goes away.
