This is part of the Outlook Express ditribution package.  (Also
see 5-13-99 post from Bradlee D. Boutrell).  You can get Outlook
Express from Microsoft at :

When I went to open it , I got a message window .
  Windows cannot find MSIMN.EXE
  This program is needed for opening files of type 'OUTLOOK
EXPRESS MAIL
MESSAGE ' .  I'm running Win.95 on AOL . Any idea's on where to
get it ?
