Siva,

An HTML file is text ONLY, it includes instructions on where and how to
display the picture, but the picture itself  remains a separate file.
Since you did not send the picture, your friend can only see a "box" where
the picture belongs.  Send him the picture file and tell him to save it in
the same folder with the HTML file and then he will see all of it.
