I don't think DOS 6.22 is in the public domain, but Caldera Open DOS is
with some restrictions (Some licensing issues, but I forget what
specifically they are).
I have used it for years to boot my Netware Server in my lab at home.
But then again, I am both a Student and an Instructor so I get educational
licenses for things.
