NO. Once you save the file as .jpg, some detail will be lost. YOU
CANNOT GET IT BACK.
If you expect to want to do more changes to the graphic, keep a copy
of the .BMP file. Make your changes to it, and save a *new* .JPG file.

Think of "saving to .jpg" as like "cutting a record". To re-mix the
song, you need to go back to the studio tapes.
