Harlen,
While it isn't the same as a soft-modem light, a utility called NetPerSec
(http://downloads-zdnet.com.com/3000-2155-10059074.html) will give you a bar
graph of send and receive traffic.  It resides in the systray.  Also,
ZoneAlarm (a personal firewall, available at WWW.ZONELABS.COM) will give you
a different graph of send and receive traffic.

Hello everyone...

I just had cable access installed here and am looking for a system tray
utility that shows me inbound and outbound traffic, in the form of the
dialup connection indicator lights. My cable modem isn't in plain site and I
miss the systray indicator light that I had with dialup.  Thanx in Advance.
