I like my Norton System Works just fine.  However, I haven't tried other
similar type apps.  I have downloaded Intelligent Update from the Symantec
site, as NAV Live Update updates only once a week.  IU requires that you
manually download the updates using the IU software.  A Sobig worm did slip
through once.  I found it by scanning from the Housecall webpage.  I have my
Norton Utilities configured to run regular checks and fix any problems.  I
have a lot of files and apps, so I usually defrag manually in Safe Mode at
least once a week.  It takes too long to defrag in Normal Mode.  I use
Windows 98se.
