When I now open a new website from within another site, the window is 3/4 size and I must restore the page to get it to full size. This is a new condition, and I don't know how I changed it or how to correct it. Please help

The way I get the second window of IE back to full page is to first open an IE website that has links. Then right click on a link to open a second window. Next step is important! Go back to the first window opened and close it. Then expand your second window to full screen then close it.

This usually gets it back to full page for a while.
