after I connect my isp on my desktop I usually go to outlook express and check my email somtimes more often than not it will try to connect and then a message comes saying my server disconnected me. I can't get on IE at this time either but I am stll connected on my desktop to my isp. I usually have to restart my computer and then it will work. Sometimes it doesn't though. Can someone help me with this? I called my dsl provider they said I needed a new ethernet card. Got that and it still is doing it. Called again and said I needed a new modem. God that and it is still doing it.I would appreciate any advice.
