A nice free program is available from the NTSL at
http://www.nstl.com/html/nstl_y2k.html (National Software Testing Labs?)
that works well and checks leap year progression until 2010 also.
A free fix program that seems to work well (using the NTSL test) is
available from MicroStar at
http://www.msi.com.tw/technical/software/index.htm. It is for their boards,
but seems to work with any that I have tried.
