Sounds to me Jim as if you're going backwards in versions of Netscape. Am I
missing something? The zero before the 8 in V4.08 would, by my accounting be
a maintenance release of version 4.0. Is that true? Did you have to go that
far back to find a stable version?

I thought version 4.7 was the very latest. Sure hope so or I wasted an 18Mb
download last week.

Sure, my version 4.6 of Netscape Communicator did crash periodically but no
more often than Internet Explorer V5.
