The only good way to do this is to limit everyone who enters the
database to a menu system of forms that you have to set up - set up
forms with command buttons that open other forms.  You can then attach
code to everything you want to log with event procedures in the
appropriate forms.  It would be a lot of coding so you will have to
consider whether the work is worth what you get out of it.  I've done a
similar thing where I've created a menu system users use to navigate
through a database so they only interact with forms and never see a
table or a datasheet directly.  I keep the user name and the data/time
that names and addresses of clients are changed, but nothing like what
you are proposing.  To have users log into your database, use the
Security options under Tools (I believe).
