A Kernel 32.dll error is a windows error...depending on what version of
windows you are using...but i would suggest that you problably have to
re-install windows....kernel is one of the main DLL's....library link
files....usually when you are getting a kernel32 error....re-installing
windows is the answer...

Netscape 4.7, which I am very satisfied with, except lately
it "crashes" sometimes. The error message < KERNEL32.DLL >
and I have to "restart" to fix the problem. Does anyone
know whats causing this, OR how to fix it?
