Rather than work with MS's 98-pound weakling file manager, do yourself a big favor and use Powerdesk 5's free version.  You can get the free download at: http://www.v-com.com/product/PowerDesk_Free_Trial.html.  Even in this detuned freebie version it's way better than Explorer.  The copy to and move to commands are file/copy to or file/move to.  The paid for version is 6.034, and is often on sale at www.v-com.com where it is downloadable. You'll wonder how you lived without it.
